Immanuel
Immanuel
My Lord
and His songs are ready.
He proclaims, He sanctifies
the heralds
and the stars,
shielding God’s glory.
I see the
divine love,
I see the
wisdom of the heavens.

This is really a poem of praise and adoration in full recognition that only God is worthy and able to save us, and that we are so unworthy for Him to do so because He is infinitely greater than us. Still, if we call on him, He will deliver us through Jesus. Brandon’s painting goes very, very well here.
God is entirely sovereign and empowers whenever he chooses. When He proclaims, when He sanctifies, when He empowers, there is nothing that can stand in His way. Nothing. His ultimate plan will be accomplished for man no matter what.
Ben…the soul, mind, and heart of a poet. Thank you, my friend. Praying for you.
